Grow Plan™ enables students and graduates to build a personal development plan (PDP) and reflect on their experiences.
PDP based on employability skills using the GROW coaching model.
The PDP can be shared online, within the web CV or as a MS Word document.
Goals can be broken down into stage by stage milestones and progress tracked.
Institutions can pre-populate PDPs with objectives or learning outcomes and track progress.
